When we went to sell our house in Tallahassee, we tried to do it ourselves. Days went by and all we seem to attract were the unqualified people who were “just looking” Angie Avery approached us while showing another house in the vicinity and asked for our business. We initially didn’t want to use the services of a realtor however, we figured we would give it a shot to see what happened. She took the time to do an assessment on our house- actually listed it for more than what we personally thought it was worth based on her knowledge of the market. A few days later we received a full price offer reflecting the new amount that she nailed for us. We couldn’t of done it by ourselves and are thankful that we used a professional realtor like her in selling our house. When we went to buy our house in Texas, we went thru her office to ensure that we were getting fair deal and discovered that we were not, She worked with us from Florida on her own time and ensured that we got the best deal possible in Texas even though she had nothing to gain from it personally. The result, we were able to get our house here for a better price and move into even sooner than we could of on our own. For that we are truly thankful to have her as our realtor.

 Looking back at our initial decision about hiring her to represent us is one that we all agree was the best decision we ever made. Her professionalism, dedication to true customer support and focus was one that should be emulated in the real estate profession. If they were all as dedicated as she has demonstrated to us, then buying or selling a home would not be the challenge, but rather a truly smooth business transaction that is should be. When we look to our next house we will look to her first for guidance before we would even consider looking at a home. Even if we have to put her on a plane to do so!

Angie was so helpful in every aspect of our search for a new home.   She was always calm and cheerful no matter how many houses we wanted to see or how many times we wanted to see them! Angie made sure we always had access to all the latest information about the houses in the area we were interested in. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were always aware of little known things and our rights as potential homebuyers. We are not new to this type of venture and have had good and bad experiences in the past with realtors but I must say that Angie was miles above anyone we have ever worked with.  She always made us feel like we were her only clients and I knew for a fact that we were only one of many. She always seemed to be in tune with us and have an incredible amount of energy as well as business savvy. But the best thing was such a simple thing...she ALWAYS called us back promptly, and that is worth everything to us. She made house hunting, which is usually a stressful thing, fun and exciting-I will recommend her to anyone to wants to buy a house.

It seemed a little dicey for a bit there—but considering we made the offer just 2 ½ weeks ago, it really wasn’t that much of an ordeal as far as ordeals go.

You have been great. Perfectly professional. Organized. Detailed. OPTIMISTIC! 

I have zero complaints. And I have a pool.
